Some people spend their lives searching for their calling. I, on the other hand, discovered my passion at school age when I helped organize the weekend activities and club nights at a prestigious boarding school and also led a local band.

With bumblebees up my butt, I decided shortly after coming of age not to take the conventional route, but to turn my passion directly into a career. After an internship of several months in event technology and my civilian service in the seminar administration, I gained my first experiences in 2003 as an Event and Location Manager in a Munich event location, where legendary club evenings and concerts, trade fairs (e.g. of a leading sporting goods manufacturer) and video shoots of well-known artists took place. About 1.5 years later, I took over the project management of a local trade fair with new media as the core topic and subsequently decided to take the path of self-employment full-time. In this phase, which lasted almost one and a half decades, varied projects and orders from companies from different industries enabled me to gain new experiences, to expand my skills and to face new challenges again and again.

As an organizer of cabaret, concerts and dance events, I was also able to further consolidate my commercial and entrepreneurial thinking and actions.

In the last few years of my self-employment, I had an incredibly exciting time looking after international clients in the luxury segment. As in event management, the highest level of precision, reliability and willingness to provide service is required here.

Arriving in beautiful Middle Franconia in 2017, I had the privilege of designing and organizing high-quality and extraordinary B2B events with an international audience at the managing director level for the world's largest trade fair for toys for five years.

In addition to organizing internal events, the focus in recent years in particular has been on staging and further developing hybrid and digital formats.

After a short excursion on the agency side, the time has come again for me to actively support agencies and companies in the conception and realization of various event formats through my expertise and passion.

So in September 2022 I decided to pursue the path of self-employment again and I look forward to realizing new projects and meeting many new people!
